INTEREST GROUPS
Our small groups cater for a range of interests, from bible study to arts and craft to sports to Music. We also have groups especially for our children and youth. If you can’t see a group that’s right for you, please talk to us about setting one up!
Monday Night Home group
This group meets every Monday from 7.30-9 pm in Karori to study a book of the Bible or a theme chosen by the group. We take turns in leading the study (guides and other help available). We finish with a time of prayer, before having supper together.

Craft and Coffee
We meet every second Monday in the St John’s Centre from 9.45-11.45 am to work on our crafts while enjoying coffee (or tea!). Although many of us are knitters, we’ve welcomed patchwork, quilting, embroidery, and cross-stitch members. We’re also happy to do mending for anyone that needs it.

Men’s Breakfast
Every second Thursday from 7.30-8.3 am, someone from our group cooks up a hearty breakfast in the St John’s Centre for us to enjoy while catching up with each other. We also discuss the ‘topic du jour’ - usually at length, in detail, and with lots of humour!

Music groups
Every time we worship at St John’s, we have a team of musicians supporting this by playing and singing a variety of music on a variety of instruments. This includes our choir, the music group, and the youth band. We’re always on the lookout for more musicians and singers, so please let us know if you’d like to join one (or more) of these groups.
