In 1993, Kelburn Presbyterian Church amalgamated with St John’s in the City. Some (but not all) of Kelburn Presbyterian’s annual reports are available, dating between 1946 and 1977.


Historical documents

Marriages - a set of documents outlining marriages solemnised at St John’s between 1866 and 1897.

WW1 Memorials - an account of members of both St John’s and Kelburn congregations who lost their lives during World War 1 and who are acknowledged on our memorials in the church.

The Very Rev James Gibb - Patriot into Pacifist - a lecture by L H Barber made in Dunedin in 1973. The Very Rev James Gibb was the third minister at St John’s (from 1903-1926).
